1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered the production or shipping stage. Once processing begins, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please email us at support@imagine.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will review and confirm the request within 24 hours.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable only for valid cancellations within the specified time.
- No refunds are issued for completed, delivered, or customized digital products.
- Refunds are subject to payment gateway deductions (if any).
4. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized digital invitations, templates, or personalized designs.
- Products delivered successfully in digital format.
- Any services already rendered or in-progress at the time of cancellation.
6. Refund for Failed Transactions
